How do I determine the right size for my Corral boots?
Most of our boots run true to standard US sizing. However, because our footwear is handcrafted from genuine leather, they may feel snug initially and will stretch slightly to conform to your feet over time.
What is your return policy for footwear?
We offer a 30-day return window for unworn boots in their original packaging. Please ensure you try your boots on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the leather outsoles, as damaged soles are ineligible for return.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, and expedited options are available at checkout.
Are Corral boots waterproof?
Our boots are made from high-quality natural leathers which are water-resistant but not fully waterproof. We recommend applying a leather protector spray to maintain the finish and increase durability against the elements.
